I am a bit scared to make hard candy!!! I think it's the formation at the end that scares me.. Where is Shurrah!
Update.. made yummy smelling and tasting raspberry hard candy.. Now have to figure out how to get it out of the metal pan. I wonder if silicone will work ok next time. It was pretty easy to clean up so I will try again soon!
